Contest Runner-Up Branding Consultation Finished
For Pro Musicis we’ve created beginning work on their new branding, resulting in a new logo, color palette and a concert program used for their April 16 concert at the French Consulate. This program cover will be use in all of their concerts to come.
We were truly inspired by working with Pro Musicis. Back in the ’60s, believing that artists have an indispensable mission in society, Capuchin Franciscan friar Eugene Merlet founded Pro Musicis to couple career development with community service. Pro Musicis selects musicians who display both extraordinary artistry and a genuine gift for communicating with audiences. These artists then perform in some of the world’s most famous concert halls as well as in outreach venues in order to share their talent with those who would otherwise be hindered by illness, poverty, or circumstance, from enjoying live classical music. The musicians are able to transcend their own mastery and share their extraordinary gift with the widest possible audience. They become committed to a lifetime of creating magical connections through their music. And this commitment to transcending mastery has led many to internationally acclaimed careers.

We have been working to create a new identity for our non-profit rebranding contest winner, Nourishing USA, and we are thrilled with the progress we are making together.
(And we get excited about our DART Process).

After much careful deliberation and a final vote, we are delighted to reveal the winners of the Shoot. Win. Inspire. Video Contest!
The grand-prize winner is Nourishing USA!
Nourishing USA is a nationwide anti-hunger advocacy program that strives to achieve “nutrition for all” in America. The organization supports approximately 500 local charitable agencies, including pantries, soup kitchens, senior centers and emergency shelters. You can read more about them and their work and goals here.
We will be working with them to develop a comprehensive rebrand, in order to give them the most powerful identity from which to continue to grow. We are thrilled with this partnership, and look forward to beginning work with them in the new year.
The two runners up who will be receiving 20 hours of brand counseling with members of the PM+CO team are: The HOPE Program and Pro Musicis.
The HOPE Program empowers New Yorkers to achieve economic self-sufficiency through employment and advancement. By blending vocational, educational, and social services with a lifelong commitment to a person’s growth, HOPE demonstrates that New Yorkers facing significant challenges can build brighter futures for themselves and their families.
Pro Musicis is dedicated to sharing the beauty and joy of music with the widest possible audience. Career development and community service are the primary goals of Pro Musicis — concert artists selected for the Pro Musicis International Award perform in both concert halls and outreach venues.
We appreciate all the many participants of this contest — those who submitted creative and inspirational videos, and those who voted, again and again!
We will continue to share our work as we move forward in 2013.

We at PM+CO have been inspired through learning about the diverse services that each of the organizations provide to their constituents, and by their evident passion and dedication.

In the final phase of the contest, the team at PM+CO will select the grand-prize winner and two runners-up from the five finalists, based on originality and creativity (50%) and effective communication of the organization’s value to its constituencies (50%). The decision will not be easy.
The winners will be announced Dec. 11.

The winner of our video contest will take home a complete PM+CO rebrand (valued at $35,000). What can this mean for an organization? A strong, comprehensive brand can drive visibility, effectiveness and fundraising. It can make the difference between sailing and drifting in a rocky economy. It can be the springboard from which passion and long hours can have maximum impact.

We know that creative action has enormous power for inspiring change, so we’re launching an online video contest for imaginative, compassionate organizations looking to better educate, inspire, and motivate the people they serve. The winning non-profit will receive a complete PM+CO brand overhaul worth $35,000, and two runners-up will each receive 20 hours of brand consultation with members of our award-winning team.
