PROBLEM
American Express was losing sales because AAA Clubs, AE’s largest Travelers Cheque reseller, was using fewer collateral materials. PM&Co helped re-ignite reseller participation by developing and implementing a marketing communication program that was locally customizable for AAA’s 1,000 plus branch offices in the US and Canada.
Space constraints in Nations Bank branches required American Express to drastically rethink its point-of-sale materials. 

SOLUTION
PM&Co helped AE to maximize the impact of its display in 1/3 the space by creating a visually engaging POS in a unique, tri-panel format that could be shipped flat and easily assembled at the branch site. The customer-facing panels presented attention grabbing information, including a take-one brochure, while the back side, visible only to the teller, provided handy selling points about bank services and options.
