Calvary Hospital needed to provide its patients with an in-room reference guide that would answer general questions and explain hospital policies and procedures.

SOLUTION
PM & Co developed a friendly and approachable Patient Care Manual binder that is both durable and easy to update. Information is organized into sections with easy-to-use tabs and pages feature soothing, pastoral images. The manual was translated and produced in 5 languages for both Calvary’s Brooklyn and Bronx campuses.
