PROBLEM
ION Networks Inc, a network management provider, was formed by the merger of three organizations. It needed to establish a new identity that would effectively communicate both its brand attributes and the strengths of the newly merged organization.

SOLUTION
PM & Co developed a new identity that embodied some of the key equities of the preceding ION logo, yet looked more contemporary and more tech-oriented. Along with the new mark, a tag line communicating ION's key benefit–24/7 coverage–was developed: "It's About Availability."
