PROBLEM
Few markets are as competitive as the construction management sector in New York City. JCO Enterprises Inc, an eleven-year-old builder/developer, recognized the need to stand out from other midsize firms—and to communicate effectively with the more sophisticated professionals who now dominate their client base.

SOLUTION
Creating a mark that conveys the essence of JCO’s business—the construction of interior commercial space. The visual message is that design and architecture are central to JCO’s business. A color palette of metallic blue and gray, along with embossing and engraving on all corporate materials, conveys an image of sophistication and superior quality.
