To launch a new retail brand of bath and kitchen organizers targeted to value-conscious and fashion-minded consumers, both male and female, who typically shop the big-box stores (e.g. Bed, Bath & Beyond) for home accessories. To sell the new brand to the trade (buying staff of the Big Box stores). SOLUTION
PM & Co developed a complete branding program for the new line - everything from name to identity to packaging and trade promotion. The result was initial orders for Montaire products exceeded Spartan's sales targets.
